Mavericks Wave

Situated in Trevaunance Cove a complete refurbishment to update this tired apartment was undertaken. Designed and managed by Studio Far West and built by Warvena Construction.

We began by transforming the layout maximising the offering by creating 4 bedrooms with one master ensuite, kitchen, pantry, family bathroom and large sea view lounge.

Planning permission was obtained to create a Seaview window in the lounge and for installation of an air source heat pump updating with a modern heating system. Kitted out with underfloor heating and finished to a high specification.
