Delighted to have our returning clients appoint us to design and manage the next phase of their renovation works to the old Coastguard’s Washroom transforming it into an annexe.

The proposed works to the Property been carefully considered in a manner which preserves the historic fabric of the Property whilst facilitating adaptation of the building to suit modern living.

We will be insulating it and installing under floor heating, the new layout will comprise of a double bedroom, shower room, kitchenette, and lounge.

Already having a clear understanding of our clients tastes we have designed a scheme which has a cohesive feel continuing from the main house with pops of golden yellows, turquoise, grounded with an earthy terracotta accent.
