Mavericks Wave

Situated in Trevaunance Cove a complete refurbishment to update this tired apartment was undertaken. Designed and managed by Studio Far West and built by @warvena_construction.

We began by transforming the layout maximising the offering by creating 4 bedrooms with one master ensuite, kitchen, pantry, family bathroom and large sea view lounge.

Planning permission was obtained to create a Seaview window in the lounge and for installation of an air source heat pump updating with a modern heating system. Kitted out with underfloor heating and finished to a high specification.

Kids room - bespoke cabin bed with built in wardrobe and book niche maximising every inch of space in this small room, this would comfortably sleep kids and adults alike!

Incredible install day for our Fowey project and the beautiful quartzite island and worktop supplied by @geraldcullifordlimited who have the most wonderful selections of stone and installed by the brilliant @granitethatworks who worked so hard to get it installed perfectly.

The beautiful walnut kitchen was designed by us and made by the talented @docherty.kitchens and construction @warvena_construction who have worked so hard to bring it all together. Thanks to you all.
