This 5-bedroom detached property had mechanical heat recovery system and air source heat pump installed with underfloor heating, built with Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) the property is super-efficient and green. Situated within a Cornish heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty the exterior finishes had to be carefully considered and selected to ensure the property blended in with the period properties surrounding it.
The result was a perfect mix of traditional finishes and workmanship on features like the stonework with an internal layout to satisfy modern family life.
