Situated in St Agnes in a close comprising of 10 properties number 2 is currently being extended with a full refurbishment with its interior being reimagined.

We have been busy planning the internal spatial lay outs and how best to integrate the new extension with the original building to maximise the space for this young family. Strategies like replacing and redesigning the staircase to an open riser set will not only provide more space on the tight feeling landing but will allow a view from the wall into the garden and spill light into the dark hallway. We are delivering a full project management package for this project with interior design, lighting and FFE. Externally the house is ordinary looking with a pebble dashed render and we have played on this with the finish of the interior being playful and unexpected! This project is full of fun and colour and we can’t wait to share it in 2023!
